5/12: Arlington reached over 700 cases, with 11 total deaths. Tarrant County reported 65 new cases, bringing its total to 3,910, and Dallas County reported 236 additional cases, bringing its total to 6,359.

5/11: Arlington has 685 confirmed cases, nine total deaths to date and 158 reported recoveries. Tarrant County cases increased by 50 to 3,745 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 104. Dallas County cases increased by 253 to 6,123 and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to 145.

5/10: Tarrant County cases increased by 485 to 3,695 — 423 of those were reported from a federal prison outbreak. Two additional deaths in Tarrant were reported, bringing the death total to 103. Dallas County cases increased by 251 to 5,870 and reported eight additional deaths, bringing the death total to 143.

5/9: Tarrant County reported 3,210 confirmed cases with 101 total deaths to date. There are 779 confirmed recoveries in Tarrant. Dallas County reported 5,619 confirmed cases with 143 total deaths to date. 

5/8: Arlington has 641 confirmed cases and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to eight. Tarrant County cases increased by 171 to 3,127 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 95. Dallas County cases increased by 249 to 5,369 and reported ten additional deaths, bringing the death total to 135.

5/7: Arlington has 605 confirmed cases, six total deaths to date and 121 reported recoveries. Tarrant County cases increased by 143 to 2,956 and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to 90. Dallas County cases increased by 251 to 5,120 and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to 125.

5/6: Arlington has 571 confirmed cases, six total deaths to date and 116 reported recoveries. Tarrant County cases increased by 127 to 2,813 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 88. 4/30: Arlington has 436 confirmed cases and six total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 97 to 2,246 and reported seven additional deaths, bringing the death total to 68. 4/29: Arlington has 410 confirmed cases and six total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 691 to 2,149 and reported three additional deaths, bringing the death total to 61. Dallas County cases increased by 112 to 3,352 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 99.

4/28: Arlington has 397 confirmed cases and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to six. Tarrant County cases increased by 69 to 2,088 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 58. There are 289 reported recoveries in Tarrant County. Dallas County cases increased by 135 to 3,240 and reported ten additional deaths, bring the death total to 94. Today is the highest day of newly reported cases in Dallas.

4/27: Arlington has 384 confirmed cases and four total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 72 to 2,019 and has 53 total deaths to date — there are 289 reported recoveries in the county. Dallas County cases increased by 91 to 3,105 and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to 84. 

4/26: Arlington has 365 confirmed cases and four total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 111 to 1,947 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 53. Dallas County cases increased by 105 to 3,014 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 82. 

4/25: Arlington has 342 confirmed cases and four total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 130 to 1,836 and reported four additional deaths, bringing the death total to 52. Dallas County cases increased by 75 to 2,909 and reported four additional deaths, bringing the death total to 81. 

4/24: Arlington has 318 confirmed cases and four total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 147 to 1,706 and reported three additional deaths, bringing the death total to 48. Dallas County cases increased by 71 to 2,834 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 77. 

4/23: Arlington has 292 confirmed cases and four total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 129 to 1,559 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 45. In Tarrant, so far 265 recoveries have been reported. Dallas County has 2,763  confirmed cases and reported eight additional deaths, bringing the death total to 72. 

4/22: Arlington has 267 confirmed cases and four total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 97 to 1,430 and reported two additional deaths, bringing the death total to 44. In Tarrant, 252 recoveries have been reported. Dallas County has 2,602 confirmed cases and reported four additional deaths, bringing the death total to 64. 

4/21: Arlington has 244 confirmed cases and reported an additional death, bringing the death total to three. Tarrant County cases increased by 84 to 1,333 and reported three additional deaths, bringing the death total to 42. Dallas County has 2,512 confirmed cases and 60 total deaths to date.

4/20: Arlington has 231 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 7 to 1,249 and has 39 total deaths to date. Low case volume in Tarrant is due to a temporary delay in reporting to public health. Dallas County cases increased by 84 to 2,512 and has 60 total deaths to date.

4/19: Arlington has 231 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 13 to 1242 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 39. Dallas County cases increased by 104 to 2,428 and has 60 total deaths to date.

4/18: Arlington has 228 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 54 to 1229 and reported three additional deaths, bringing the death total to 38. Dallas County cases increased by 134 to 2,324 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 60. This has been the highest number of deaths in a week for Dallas County.

4/17: Arlington has 219 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 82 to 1175 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 35. Dallas County cases increased by 124 to 2,190 and reported five additional deaths, bringing the death total to 55.

4/16: Arlington has 193 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 103 to 1093 and reported four additional deaths, bringing the death total to 34. Dallas County cases increased by 80 to 2,066 and reported seven additional death, bringing the death total to 50 — the most reported deaths out of the two counties. 

4/15: Arlington has 174 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 61 to 990 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 30. Dallas County cases increased by 109 to 1,986 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to 43 — the most reported deaths in North Texas. 

4/14: Arlington has 145 confirmed cases with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 53 to 929 and reported four additional deaths, bringing the death total to 29. Dallas County cases increased by 89 to 1,877 and reported 10 additional deaths — the most in one day — bringing the death total to 42.

4/13: Arlington reported 15 new cases bringing the total to 145 with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 70 to 876 with 25 total deaths to date. Dallas County cases increased by 65 to 1,788 and reported one additional death bringing the death total to 32.

4/12: Arlington reported six new cases bringing the total to 130 with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 22 to 806 with 25 total deaths to date. Dallas County cases increased by 79 to 1,723 and reported four additional deaths bringing the death total to 31.

4/11: Arlington reported 14 new cases bringing the total to 124 with three total deaths to date. Tarrant County cases increased by 82 to 787 and reported four additional deaths bringing the death total to 25. Dallas County cases increased by 107 to 1,644 and reported two additional deaths bringing the death total to 27.

4/10: Arlington confirmed cases increased by 8 to 110 and has 3 total deaths to date. Tarrant County confirmed cases increased by 68 to 705 and reported one additional death bringing the death total to 21. Dallas County confirmed cases increased by 105 to 1,537 and reported three additional deaths bringing the death total to 25.

4/9: Arlington confirmed cases increased by 8 to 102 and has 3 total deaths to date. Tarrant County confirmed cases increased by 49 to 637 and reported one additional death bringing the death total to 20. Dallas County confirmed cases increased by 108 to 1,432 and reported two additional deaths bringing the death total to 22.

4/8: Arlington confirmed cases increased by 8 to 94 and has 3 total deaths to date. Tarrant County confirmed cases increased by 71 to 588 and reported one additional death bringing the death total to 19. Dallas County confirmed cases increased by 63 to 1,324 and reported one additional death bringing the death total to 20.

4/7: Arlington confirmed cases increased by 14 to 86 and has 3 total deaths to date. Tarrant County confirmed cases increased by 65 to 517 and reported five additional deaths bringing the death total to 18. Dallas County confirmed cases increased by 106 to 1,261 and has 19 total deaths to date.

4/6: Arlington cases increased to 72 and reported one additional death bringing the death total to three. Tarrant County cases increased by 34 to 452 and reported two additional deaths bringing the death total to 13. Dallas County cases increased by 43 to 1,155 and has 18 total deaths to date.

4/5: Arlington cases increased by three to 64 and reported one additional death, bringing the death total to two. Tarrant County has 418 confirmed cases and reported two additional deaths bringing the death total to 11. Dallas County has 1,112 confirmed cases and 18 total deaths to date. 

4/4: Arlington has 64 reported cases with 1 total death. Tarrant County has 383 confirmed cases and reported two additional deaths bringing the total to nine. Dallas County has 1,015 confirmed cases and reported one additional death bringing the total to 18 — Dallas is the county with the highest number of cases in the metroplex. 

4/3: Arlington's cases increased by nine to 64. Tarrant County cases increased by 58 to 383 and reported another death, bringing the total deaths to seven. Dallas County reported 90 new cases — the county has reported around 290 cases in the past three days, with 921 in total and 17 total deaths to date. 

4/2: Arlington's cases increased by seven to 55. Tarrant County cases increased by 37 to 325 with six total deaths to date. Dallas County reported 100 new cases for the second time in a row, with 831 in total and 17 total deaths to date. 

4/1: Arlington's cases increased by two to 48. Tarrant County reported two additional deaths and its cases increased by 15 to 288. Dallas County had its largest single day spike of 100 new cases, with 731 in total. Dallas County also had two more deaths.

3/31: Arlington's cases increased by 20 to 46, which now includes provisional cases that Tarrant County identified. Tarrant County overall now reports 273 positive cases. Dallas County reported 82 additional cases — the most its reported in a single day — and two more deaths.

3/30: Dallas County reported 61 additional positive cases, bringing its total case county to 549. The county also reported 11 total deaths. Tarrant County reported 16 new cases, bringing its total to 155. The county also reported an additional 83 provisional cases that are lab confirmed, but pending due to missing investigational data.

3/29: Tarrant County reported 11 new coronavirus cases, bringing its total to 139. Two Fort Worth police officers tested positive, according to a department news release. Dallas County reported 49 more cases and one additional death, bringing its total to 488 and 10 respectively.

3/28: Tarrant County reported 14 more coronavirus cases, bringing the total to 128. Dallas County reported 72 new cases, bringing its total to 439. It also reported its eighth and ninth death.

3/27: Dallas County reported 64 additional positive cases, bringing its total case count to 367. Tarrant County reported 14 new cases, bringing its total to 114. Arlington reported two cases, bringing its total to 19.

3/26: Dallas County reported 56 additional positive cases, bring its total case count to 303. The county also reported its seventh death. Tarrant County reported 10 new cases, bringing its total to 100. Arlington reported one case, bringing its total to 17.

3/25: Dallas County reported 78 additional positive cases, bringing its total case count to 247. Tarrant County reported 90 cases. Arlington reported two cases, bringing its total to 16.

3/24: Arlington, Fort Worth and Tarrant County order residents to stay home except for essential activities. Tarrant County had 71 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with one related death and three recovered cases. Fort Worth leads the county with 24 cases and Arlington is second with 14.

3/21: Tarrant County closes nonessential retail establishments after announcing 13 new COVID-19 cases.

3/18: Tarrant County reports nine COVID-19 cases. Gov. Greg Abbott also held a press conference in Arlington announcing the arrival of 2,500 COVID-19 test kits in the city.

3/17: A senior citizen resident of Arlington who died March 15 tests positive for COVID-19 on March 17. It was the first known death related to the new coronavirus in North Texas.

3/16: Tarrant County reports that Arlington has one positive COVID-19 case.

3/13: Tarrant County reports second and third presumptive cases of COVID-19 and declares state of disaster.

3/13: Gov. Gregg Abbott declares state disaster for all Texas counties amid coronavirus concerns. There were 39 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Texas.

3/10: Tarrant County reports its first presumptive case of COVID-19.
