Marquez Haynes

Junior guard Marquez Haynes goes over two defenders as he drives the lane during the Mavericks 95-85 win against Sam Houston State on March 2, 2009, at Texas Hall. Haynes will now be playing professional basketball overseas in Milan, Italy, in the 2013 season.

Former Maverick Marquez Haynes announced via Twitter on Sunday afternoon, he will continue playing professional basketball overseas for EA7 Emporio Armani Milano, a professional Italian team located in Milan, Italy.

The announcement came nine days after Haynes completed his run with the Washington Wizards Summer League team.

Haynes averaged 8.2 points per game and 3.4 assists in five games for the Wizards. 

EA7 Milano is the fourth European team Haynes will play for. He has previously played in France, Spain and Germany.
