Campus election voting opens 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday in the University Center Gallery.

Students will vote for student senators of their respective college, Homecoming king and queen, along with the rest of the court, graduate student senators, UTA ambassadors and student service allocation committee representatives, Chief Justice Jordan Joiner said.

This year will be the first year in several that campus elections will have an honors college seat, he said.

“Essentially, all of these people that are running for all these different positions, they essentially are the, the chief representatives for the students, as far as how we portray ourselves to the outside world and to the administration,” he said.

To vote, students will need to show their UTA ID or their student ID number and another form of ID.
