Who’s Who at UTA

UTA’s student and professional leadership are tasked with making students, faculty and staff satisfied while maintaining academic excellence and drawing millions of dollars to the university through research, enrollment and partnerships. This year, the leaders of UTA will make tough decisions about money during budget cuts, while still maintaining the university’s prominence in North Texas and the country. Snoozing on campus

When eyelids become heavy, students find various places on campus to sleep, including the University Center, Central Library and even during class.

“I’ve slept in the library, slept in the UC and even slept in my truck,” biology senior Chris Cote said.

A peek at Greek Life

A sea of yelling, screaming and excited people waited for Mark Reeder at the bottom of the center Cooper Street bridge.

Central Library doesn’t only cater to bookworms

About 126,000 people frequent the Central Library monthly and it isn’t just for the books.

The Central Library not only offers a quiet place to study but also helpful services that make research and group work more convenient.

Volunteers extend helping hands

From sorting donated goods for a local outreach program to assisting with the care of abandoned animals in a shelter, UTA Volunteers hopes to continue to promote the power of service to its community.

UTA Volunteers is a student-centered organization designed to help the community through service projects takign place in the Metroplex.
