School of Urban and Public Affairs students don’t water down issue of conservation

Jason Aprill, city and regional planning graduate student, said water conservation is vital because of Texas’s dry climate.
“What would they do [if we ran out of water]? People couldn’t shower and go to work or drink and go to work,” he said.
Abram and Watson streets temporarily closed due to two-car collision

Eastbound Abram and southbound Watson are temporarily closed due to a two-car collision that left one driver in critical condition, Arlington police spokeswoman Tiara Richard said.
Officers were dispatched to the scene at 11:30 a.m. Police have not determined when the lanes will open up again, Richard said.
