The Boneyard

Featuring more than 50-movie-quality sets and a walk-through haunted house that measures more than half-mile long, The Boneyard is largest walk through haunted house in the world.

Drinks are available at the VooDoo Lounge and customers can partake in Halloween games.

The Boneyard is open from 7 to 10 weeknights and Sunday, from 7 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. General admission is $25, or $35 for a VIP fast pass. An online coupon for $2 off is available at www.theboneyard.org.

Zombie Manor
7501 US Highway 287

Zombie Manor takes a themed approach to horror.

The living dead infect this haunt with interactive SCARE-actors including the caretaker and his wranglers that guide the tour.

Open from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays and Thursday, 7 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.

Tickets are $15 for general admission, $20 for a fast pass. Tickets are now available for Zombie Manor’s one-night, special-effects-filled “Best Little GORE-HOUSE in Texas” on Nov. 13.

Chaos Haunted House
800 W. Kennedale Parkway

Previously located on 2-acre grounds, Chaos Haunted House has expanded to its 12-acre establishment. Chaos includes three haunted houses and a haunted trail.

Combo passes cost $30 but a $5 coupon is available at www.chaoshauntedhouse.com.

The location always looks for volunteers for jobs such as dressing up in costume. Visit their Web site for the application form. Hours of operation are from 7 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Hangman’s House of Horrors
2300 West Freeway
Fort Worth, TX 76102

Hangman’s House of Horrors was recognized on Travel Channel’s “America’s Scariest Halloween Attractions,” a television show about the nation’s top haunts.

The three attractions, The Labyrinth, The U.N.D.E.A.D. and The 3-D Mansion add to the House of Horrors tour.

Combo passes cost $20 and $30 for a fast pass. Entering House of Horrors costs $16, The U.N.D.E.A.D and The Labyrinth is $7, and The 3-D Mansion $4 without the combo pass.

The hours of operation are from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday, and from 7 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Dallas Scaregrounds
2001 Irving Blvd.

The Dallas Scaregrounds offers food, games and live entertainment. The haunted house has three attractions including The Necrotorium, a fog filled Gothic cemetery with roaming ghouls, The Terrortorium, a maze of demented horror scenes, and The Hallucinatorium, a sinister 3-D display.

The live entertainment features Electric Vengence on Thursday, Zenabi on Friday and Conspiracy Theory on Saturday.

Tickets are $20 for the entertainment and all three haunts, or $3 for the concert. The hours are from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday, from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The entertainment begins at 7 every night.
