*UPDATE* - Full-length videos now added. See Weezy perform "Lollipop" after the jump.
OK, I know I just promoted MTV's new video show "FNMTV," but I have to post again.
Why? Because I haven't been as excited for an artist's performance in a good while (maybe all the "American Idol," I don't know).
Anyway, I am absolutely pumped for Lil Wayne to perform "A Milli" tonight at 7 p.m. (the show's an hour long, which means he'll likely perform at 7:50, but don't hold me to that).
A lot of the media has paid more attention to Weezy after he sold a million copies of his new album Tha Carter III last week, saying he'd become a household name.
Sorry, but Weezy's been a household name since, oh, 1999? Thankfully, though, he's pretty much the king right now. Whether or not it's the declining record industry that led him to be an MTV star (Lil Wayne stopped by TRL - TRL - last week) and not just a BET star, who knows.
Enjoy my current state of excitement over pop rap tracks... see more after the break, and let us know what you think are hot summer to-do's for the next months.
